What's Going On

4th Annual Shortest Day Winter Concert

It may still feel summery, but we are now in the "ember months", the days are growing noticeably shorter, and the 4th Annual Shortest Day Winter Concert is fewer than twelve weeks off!

It began in December 2015 as a CD release house concert for my solo album The Shortest Day, and was hosted at Katy Shoemaker's Great Hall in Chatham County, NC (my home county). This December 2 at 4 pm will see the Fourth Annual performance of this special program of music, songs, and Solstice-themed poetry,  with Erynn Marshall, Carl Jones, Bobb Head, Rochelle Moser, and myself. Once again, it will happen at the Great Hall, a really wonderful space. I'll be posting more info later on, along with an official FB Event notification, so stay tuned.

And here's some big news: this year for the first time, we'll be taking the show on the road! We'll be doing a performance in Greensboro, NC the following Saturday, December 8, at 7 pm. Tickets are already available at $20. More info will likewise be forthcoming about this show, but in the meantime if you have questions, please email theborosessions@gmail.com.

Look for FB Events notifications for both shows in the not-distant future. We hope to see you for The Shortest Day!
